5 videos produced for CMALLIANCE Kids in late summer 2018:
A year after editing the first promotional video and other video content for the CDLC, the Children’s Disciplemaking Leadership Certificate, I had the privilege to produce an updated promo in August 2017. This was used to recruit students for the CDLC, which equips children’s ministry leaders with further skills and education for their ministry. Check out the video below!
I volunteered with the Alliance Video Team from May 29 to June 4, 2017, at the C&MA General Council in Columbus, Ohio. I shot and organized miscellaneous footage throughout the week, but one project I did have leadership on was the pre-service for Friday night of Council. In this video, Melissa MacDonald, National Children’s Disciplemaking Specialist for the Alliance, showcases the children’s ministry happening during Council and even interviews three kids there. I shot and edited this video alongside another volunteer, Phoebe Frear. The video premiered on June 2, 2017, before the main session of Council that evening. Check out the video below!
The NEXT Conference is a Christian and Missionary Alliance event for children and youth workers in churches all across the United States. In March 2017, the event took place in Toledo, Ohio, where I recorded interviews and video footage to use for promotional videos for the upcoming NEXT Conference in November 2017 in Dover, Ohio. I interviewed Dan Boal for the youth workers promo and Melissa MacDonald for the children’s workers promo. Check them out below!
In the fall of 2016, I edited another project for Melissa MacDonald, the children’s disciplemaking leader at the Christian and Missionary Alliance. In this video, Melissa encourages the Alliance family to not see kids as lower than anyone else in the church, and several students at the beginning of the video share their thoughts on this concept as well. The footage was shot by the Alliance Video Team in the summer of 2016 at Big Sandy Camp in McGregor, Minnesota. I edited, mixed, and provided music for the final product. Enjoy!
