Over the summer of 2016, I had the privilege of editing a few videos for the National Office of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. One of those videos was set in Dearborn, Michigan, home to a large population of Arabic-speaking Muslims who have emigrated from the Middle East. Pastor Andy Gardner of Fairlane Alliance Church in Dearborn addresses us about the population and how his and our mission must be to build relationships with them where they are, in order to lead them to Jesus Christ. Check out the video below!
In April 2016, the C&MA Central District held the Deep and Wide Conference at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, featuring speakers Rock Dillaman and Tim Crouch. I shot and edited this highlight video to be used to promote the conference in the future. The video was distributed throughout the Central District in June 2016.
In April 2016, I filmed and edited a short promotional video of an event at Grace C&MA Church in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. The event was an open mic night where people could perform music, read poetry, or even paint to express the gifts that God has given them. This was the first video I produced with footage I shot myself with the Canon C100. Check out the promo below!
In late March, I produced a short promotional video for the 2016 Deep and Wide conference, an event for those in the Christian and Missionary Alliance Central District. The project was a great opportunity to animate images with Adobe AfterEffects, which I had never done for an entire project before. I produced the animation and the music for this video, which was distributed district-wide on April 6, 2016. Check it out below!
In March 2016, I produced a short video for the Easter service at Hope Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Brunswick, Ohio. The video was the testimony of Paul, a church attendee and volunteer who came to know Christ in the process of choosing Hope as the church where he was to be married in. I directed, co-produced, shot, edited, mixed, and composed music for the video. Check out Paul’s story below!
